Who we serve

Atsira helps employers track attendance, prepare and sign employee write-ups, and manage related HR records. Employers decide which employee information they add to Atsira. When we process employee records for an employer, we do so on that employer’s behalf and under our agreement with them.

Information we collect

• Account information for people who log in, such as name, email address, role, and password credentials.
• Employee records an employer provides or creates, such as names, employee IDs, departments, employment status, attendance, write-ups, signatures, statements, and attachments.
• Contact details, such as an email address or mobile phone number, when an employer or employee provides them.
• Text message preferences, including whether a person opted in to or out of text messages and when.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device details, and logs of activity in the service, used to operate and secure Atsira.

How we use information

• To provide the service, including showing records to authorized users and sending signing links and reminders.
• To keep accounts and records secure, prevent misuse, and investigate problems.
• To respond to support requests and send service and account messages.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the service:

• With the employer whose account holds the record, and the users that employer authorizes.
• With service providers that host, secure, monitor, or deliver messages for Atsira, under obligations to protect the information and use it only for those services.
• When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, subject to this policy.

The categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third parties.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to Atsira employee notifications, we use your mobile number to send links to sign employee write-ups and disciplinary documents, and disciplinary and HR reminders. Opting in is optional.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time, or contact support@atsira.app. See the Terms of Service for the full text message terms.

Retention

We keep information for as long as the employer’s account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal and record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Employers control the employment records they keep in Atsira.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Employees who want to see, correct, or delete records an employer keeps in Atsira should contact that employer, and we will help the employer respond. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. For other requests, contact support@atsira.app.

Children

Atsira is a workplace service and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, when changes are significant, provide additional notice.
