Terms of Service

The service

Atsira provides tools for employers to track attendance, prepare write-ups and related HR documents, collect signatures, and send reminders. Employers decide how they use Atsira and remain responsible for their employment decisions and policies.

Accounts

Accounts are issued by an employer’s administrator. Keep your login credentials confidential and tell your administrator or support@atsira.app promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Atsira in violation of law or the rights of others.
• Access records or accounts you are not authorized to use.
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or its security.
• Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to share.

Employer data

Employers own the records they add to Atsira and are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to provide them, including any employee contact details. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Text message terms

• Program name: Atsira employee notifications.
• What you will receive: links to sign employee write-ups and disciplinary documents, and disciplinary and HR reminders.
• Message frequency varies.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@atsira.app.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opting in is optional and is not required to use Atsira.

Intellectual property

Atsira and its software, design, and content are owned by ATSIRA LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them except to use the service as permitted.

Disclaimers

Atsira is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Atsira does not provide legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATSIRA LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Atsira.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to Atsira if these Terms are violated or to protect the service, its users, or the public.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of Atsira after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
